Brno – Patrik Rytmus Vrbovský presented himself in a four-round boxing match as part of the Fight night challenge gala evening.
And since the beginning of the boxing duel against MMA fighter Gábor Boráros, he had to face the onslaught of his opponent’s blows. Despite the fact that MMA and boxing are quite different sports, experience, training and practice played clearly against the Slovak musician.
After the first two “knocking” rounds, Boráros embarked on Rhythm in the third. After a handful of hard hits, the referee had to count Rytmus in the middle of the third round, but he stopped it and continued the match until his end. In the end, he had no chance against Boráros, and at the end, the hand of the MMA fighter was raised to mark the triumph.

After the match, Rytmus expressed his ambiguity as to what was his last duel in the boxing ring. “I said after my first match that I wouldn’t box, but let’s be surprised.” stated after losing to Boráros. The Slovak rapper still managed to explain what he is interested in on such unusual challenges: “I love being prepared in a process and thrown me into deep water to learn something again. This has given me a lot in my life.” added.
