Paris FC-OL: Story of a desperate evening in Charléty

On the edge of the Paris ring road, with its athletic track, the Charléty stadium was a great place to hit rock bottom on Friday. The fall stretched out its arms to the Lyonnais: dropped in the Championship, shaken by the sanctions according to OL-OM (one point withdrawn, match to be replayed behind closed doors) and the resignation of their sporting director Juninho, the Rhodaniens approached this 32nd final against Paris FC with little to gain, other than qualification, and almost everything to lose. They had done the main thing by equalizing before the break (1-1) in a match they dominated, but then they lost everything, very quickly, not their fault, but because of a few dozen freaks who served as supporters in the visitor yard.
