One Airplane with Covid-19 Passengers, Elkan Baggott Must Quarantine? Absence of Indonesian vs Vietnam National Team

BOLASPORT.COM – The Indonesian national team will face Vietnam in the 2020 AFF Cup Group B match at Bishan Stadium, Singapore, Wednesday (15/12/2021).

Ahead of the match, it was reported that the Indonesian national team could not be strengthened by Elkan Baggott because they had to quarantine.

This information circulated on social media because there was one passenger on the plane who was with Elkan Baggott positive for Covid-19.

Elkan Baggott also reportedly had to undergo quarantine.

As is known, Elkan Baggott departed from England for Singapore on December 7, 2021.

The Ipswich Town defender arrived in Singapore one day later and missed playing for the Indonesian national team against Laos on December 9, 2021.

Elkan Baggott was only able to defend the Indonesian national team when they beat Laos with a score of 5-1 on December 12, 2021.
