His name was placed on the Vikings’ COVID-19 protocol list on Friday morning.
The team’s backup quarterback Sean Mannion is still on COVID-19 protocol. His name was placed last week and it has not been removed since.
To make the playoffs, the Vikings will need to win their last two games – first against the Packers, then against Bears – in addition to seeing the Philadelphia Eagles (8-7) or San Francisco 49ers (8-7) lose. at least one game.
