On the official Twitter-Account For the upcoming anime adaptation of “Miss Kuroitsu from the Monster Development Department” (Japanese: “Kaijin Kaihatsu-bu no Kuroitsu-san”), a new teaser video was recently released that shows the ending song “Aimai Identity” by Maybe M introduces.
Anime starts in January 2022
The fantasy series, which is being directed by Hisashi Saito (“Haganai”) in Studio Quad, will be broadcast on Japanese television from January 8, 2022. Katsuhiko Takayama (“The World’s Finest Assassin”) wrote the script, while Kazuya Morimae contributed the character design.
The leading roles are Kaori Maeda (Shizuku Ousaka in “Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club”) as Touka Kuroitsu and Satomi Amano (Tamaki Yamazaki in “TAMAYOMI: The Baseball Girls”) as Wolf Bate. The opening song “Special Force” is sung by the boy band AXXX1S.
“Miss Kuroitsu from the Monster Development Department” adapts the manga of the same name by Hiroaki Mizusaki, which has been published in the “Comic Meteor” magazine since April 2019 and so far comprises three volumes. The original work is not available in this country.

Plot:
Kuroitsu is a research assistant in the superman development department of Agastya, an evil secret organization that battles heroes who are trying to save the world. Kuroitsu lives a busy life caught between the demands of their bosses: giving presentations, implementing new features in Übermensch, and getting results within the allotted time, budget and specific requirements – all without vacation.
