NBA – Corona at the Bulls: First game failures in the NBA

Cologne (SID) – The corona pandemic has led to the first game cancellations of the current season in the North American professional basketball league NBA. The games of the Chicago Bulls against the Detroit Pistons on Tuesday and the Toronto Raptors on Thursday have to be postponed because ten players and other team members of the Bulls fall under the league’s corona protocol.

At least eight players must be available to a team for a game to take place. The Bulls are one of many NBA teams that have all players fully vaccinated. The catch-up dates for the two games have not yet been set. In the past season, a total of 31 games were postponed due to COVID-19.
