The Centrobasket-sub 17 is the basketball competition for players under 17 years old, organized in the area of the FIBA Americas from International Basketball Federation (FIBA). The event takes place every two years between the national teams of Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean; the first three qualify for the FIBA Americas U-18 Championship.
