Jos Verstappen warns: “Max will do anything to win”

During the Grand Prix of Saudi Arabia, Lewis Hamilton was again reminded of how hard the title battle is being fought. Max Verstappen did everything he could to win the race in Jeddah, treating the F1 viewer to some high-profile but controversial moves.

Jos Verstappen knows better than anyone how much risk his son is willing to take to claim victory and ultimately the World Cup. “Max absolutely wants to win, he will go all out,” says father Jos at the Daily Mail. “Of course he will try to beat him. He will do everything to win, so it will be very exciting.”

Crash between Verstappen and Hamilton in Abu Dhabi?

According to the former F1 driver, the fact that Verstappen will do everything to win the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix does not mean that we will see a crash. In theory, Verstappen will be awarded if both drivers score zero points during the last race of the season. The title candidates are equal in points, but Verstappen has more victories.

Verstappen is doing everything he can for the world title, but Jos doesn’t see a ‘Senna-Prost’ action happening anytime soon. “I don’t think we will see that,” he told the British newspaper.
