The young Viganais Ismaël Choquet is in the spotlight: he has just been selected for the French sambo team (Russian martial arts combining judo and wrestling) for the European Championships which will take place in Limassol, Cyprus. , from Friday 17 to Sunday 19 December.
Since last September, Ismaël, high level athlete, evolves in the discipline, judo and sambo. He is currently at the Judo Occitanie pole in Montpellier and at the Sporting club Montpellier sambo-judo, one of the best French sambo clubs to date.
Ismaël was trained and practiced assiduously the sambo since a young age, within his club of choice, the School of martial arts / team Choquet.
Ismaël will therefore defend the colors of France and the Pays Viganais.
