The DACUR provision (the prohibition of access to urban areas) against an 18-year-old young man who, on 25 November last, after an argument with the owner of a pub in Frascati, had left the place and then returned armed with a wooden baseball bat.
The boy, a Roman, had begun to hit the poor victim, forcing him to flee and then punched another person in the face – an employee of the same restaurant – who intervened in defense of the victim. Both the owner and the employee of the club had reported personal injuries reported respectively with 25 and 7 days of prognosis.
The 18-year-old attacker, on the other hand, tracked down by the agents of the State Police of the Commissariat of Frascati, was reported to the Judicial Authority which ordered the precautionary measure of house arrest for him. Last night, however, the young man was arrested again following the execution of revocation of the precautionary measure of house arrest replaced with that of custody in prison issued by the GIP of the Court of Velletri.
Against the 18-year-old, the Quaestor, on the basis of the investigation of the Anticrime Division, issued the provision of the DACUR. that it will forbid him, for 2 years, access to public establishments and places of public entertainment in the urban area where the attack took place as well as to park in the immediate vicinity of the same. For those who do not comply with this prohibition, the penalty is imprisonment from six months to two years and a fine from 8 thousand to 20 thousand euros.
