Father Christmas among the archers

After recently celebrating the 32nd anniversary of the Arc-club, members took part in a day of sports and games. A passage of feathers for young people and arrows for adults took place on Saturday 11 December. Over fifty archers and archers were present.

“Father Christmas was passing through Langlade, said Christophe Boubet, president of the club. We can thank Fabrice, member, who is no stranger to his arrival, and without whom many things would not be done. Tests took place in his presence: the passage of the arrows then the shooting of six ends of six arrows. Fourteen were obtained. “ The best score achieved was that of Joseph, with 332 points out of 360; among young people, that of Nolan, with 157 points out of 180.

Then came the festive moment, eagerly awaited: the Christmas games delighted the participants. Many parents were there to support their offspring and brought sweets for afternoon tea washed down with mulled wine from Mr. and Mrs. Badel.

Pleasure and good humor were at the rendezvous, with motivated participants.

The team of supervisors, made up of Mireille, Yvon, Jean, Christophe, Fabrice, Vianney, Tristan and Lucien, was efficient, available and dedicated.

The next feather pass will take place before the February holidays.
