The tail blows continue for what happened on Saturday, in the game in which Union Magdalena achieved promotion to the first division of Colombian soccer.
Team Samarium beat Llaneros 1-2, with two goals in the spare time, the second, marked by the attitude of the local players, who did not make an effort to avoid it, which generated suspicions.
The event generated outrage in the country and the Dimayor decided to investigate what happened. However, the entity had scheduled the final match of the tournament between Cortuluá and Unión Magdalena, in which the B champion would be known, for this Saturday.
Now, the entity decided to postpone it without a date.

The Dimayor statement on the postponement
“We allow ourselves to inform that the match corresponding to the final of the DIMAYOR II-2021 BetPlay Tournament, between Cortuluá FC vs Unión Magdalena, is postponed. DIMAYOR, will communicate in a timely manner the new schedule of the confrontation,” says the entity’s statement.

This Thursday a meeting is scheduled between the president of Dimayor, Fernando Jaramillo, and the Attorney General, Francisco Barbosa, to study the implications of the case.
The investigation by the disciplinary commissions of the Dimayor and the championship is also pending. In the bulletin that was published this Wednesday, no mention of the subject was made.
