In particular, to secure the expertise of the project, Daejeon city general architects and public architects were involved from the basic design stage to prepare a more complete final design.

According to the district, the Karma Community Center is a complex facility equipped with culture, sports, care, and parking facilities.

Major facilities include a parking lot (277 surfaces) on the 1st basement level, a multi-purpose gym (badminton, table tennis) on the 2nd floor, a care center, a story shelter, lecture rooms, seminar rooms, and offices on the 3rd to 4th floors above the ground. plan.

In particular, the Lifelong Learning Center, located in the Seogu Cultural Center building in Tanbang-dong, will be relocated to the space on the 3rd and 4th floors, and it is expected to serve as a hub for lifelong learning in the West and a policy control tower.
