Even though things are not going well in Bellona Kayseri Basketball, one of the Women’s Basketball Super League teams, the young people from the infrastructure impress with their performances.
Sub-Coordinator and Basketball Junior League Team Coach Emin Süel, Team Manager İrem Ünlü, Trainers Mustafa Tereoğlu and Merve Atasoy and Conditioner Hacı Ahmet Akkaya and Bellona Kayseri Basketball youth continue to work uninterruptedly. Young people, who continue their development in the infrastructure, take part not only in the Basketball Junior League, but also in school and club competitions. Young people, who do not neglect their schools, are increasing their successful graphics every day. I had the opportunity to watch the youth at the Timur Arslan College match played at Kadir Has Congress and Sports Center in the 3rd week of the Basketball Youth League. Although they started the match with excitement and hesitation, they were able to win the match. Honestly, I didn’t expect to watch such an enjoyable match. I will not neglect to follow our youth in their next matches. I recommend all Kayseri residents to follow our youth. Our young people are, so to speak, dazzling. In addition, Bellona Kayseri Basketball’s new head coach of the A Team, Aclan Kavasoğlu, gave importance to the youth and the infrastructure, which made me happy. In fact, Feray Dalkılıç’s taking a long time in the match played with Fenerbahçe at the weekend made me hope for the future. I hope that both the infrastructure coordinator Emin Süel and A Team Head Coach Aclan Kavasoğlu will not lose their interest in the infrastructure and at least 3-4 more of our players will be in the A Team in the next 2-3 years.
For Bellona Kayseri Basketball, the infrastructure should be made indispensable and cannot be given up. I hope and believe that better days await Bellona Kayseri Basketball with the contribution of infrastructure in the coming years.
