Atlanta beaten again at home

Atlanta suffered its third straight loss at home on Sunday in the NBA.

The Clint Capela Hawks were beaten 130-127 by the Charlotte Hornets, who were deprived of four of their best players.

Winner of eight of the first nine matches he has played this season in ‘his’ State Farm Arena, Atlanta is no longer a prophet in his country. Sunday, the Hawks did not find the solution against the Hornets who returned 17 shots at 3 points (their record in this 2021/22 fiscal year).

‘We scored 127 points. That’s more than enough to win a game. It would have been enough for us to stop them with our defense, but we did not succeed, ” regretted Nate McMillan, coach of an Atlanta team who has a record of 12-12 after being beaten for the third times in his last four outings.

Atlanta, who led 110-105 at 6’50 ” from the end of the match, could not do anything to stop Miles Bridges (32 points including 13 in the last quarter). Clint Capela does not have much to be ashamed of at the end of this game, he who managed 8 points and 14 rebounds for a differential of +4.
