The topic of Fitz’s contribution is vaccination against the Covid-19 virus. The cabaret artist attacks politics, enumerates their failures, rhetorically asks why the vaccinated must be protected from the unvaccinated when the vaccinated are unprotected. For free.
Then Lisa Fitz comes to the facts. She postulates that there are 5000 people who have died from Covid-19 vaccines. She had previously claimed that vaccination was “the pharmaceuticals dream.” Pharma are companies like Pfizer with a profit of ten billion euros and Biontech with four billion. What politics and pharmaceuticals do together comes down to this quintessence: “The main thing is that the panic stays fresh.”
And: Covid-19, that is the biggest money machine ever. So Lisa Fitz spoke in the “late shift”, in the public broadcasting ARD media library. 3sat has decided not to broadcast because of the protests.
Victory of diversity of opinion?
Has diversity of opinion now won? It did, but otherwise it was a huge defeat to report. Lisa Fitz spreads distrust of the largest and most successful measure against the Covid-19 pandemic: the vaccines. Whether Moderna or Biontech, this is where the eminent hope for an end to the plague lies. 5000 dead from the vaccine? Does Fitz know what she is creating? Why doesn’t she say right away that the money-hungry pharmaceutical companies developed the Covid-19 virus in their laboratories?
Now you can say who is this cabaret artist, what is this “late shift”, who is Florian Schroeder? I say that such an appearance with such a nonsense quality is not a victory for the plurality of opinions, but a bitter defeat for the factual loyalty. Opinion is free, but the facts are sacred, this principle always applies. Everyone has his / her right to their own opinion, but nobody has the right to their own facts. Lisa Fitz, the public broadcasting company Südwestrundfunk and 3sat violated this.
