All-combat Jisu: Martial arts made up of many different elements

20 athletes pass winter exams in Agawang.

20 athletes took part in the winter belt test from white to blue belt in all-combat jitsu in Agawang. It was accepted by the German Allkampf Union, which also provided the examiners Andreas Eisele (6th Dan), Fritz Kinzel (7th Dan) and the examiner Amelie Krautsieder (1st Dan).

The sport of all-combat Jitsu is made up of the pillars of elementary school, fall school, form running, self-defense, fight, free fight and break test. In Agawang and Dinkelscherben the original system Allkampf-Jitsu is taught by Grand Master Jakob Beck. The athletes have to be very versatile, since all-combat includes elements from many martial arts such as Taekwondo, Karate, Kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu, Judo or Aikido.

The smallest test subjects are mainly concerned with having fun with movement, assertion and demonstrating the first basic techniques. In the case of athletes who wear yellow or orange belts, the individual elements should be better consolidated and understood. The first 40 all-combat techniques in particular contain all of the basic techniques, making them the basis for sport. This was explained in detail by the chairman of the examination, Fritz Kinzel.

In the candidates for the green and blue belts, there was another clear difference to the first group. The blue belt athletes have already demonstrated 65 different all-round combat techniques, proven themselves in free combat and hit breaking tests on spruce boards in various strengths.

All athletes passed the test and were able to receive their new belt with a certificate.

Entry into all-combat Jitsu is possible at any time in all age groups (from 6 years). (AL)
