The Aia testing ground will host today the Urrezko Aizkolari Kopa semifinal and the last qualifying day of the Binakako Harrijasotze Txapelketa starting at 12.00. Julen Gabirondo, Patxi Mindegia, Jokin Urretabizkaia ‘Basozabal’, Hodei Ezpeleta, Suharri Rodriguez ‘Paolla’ and Xabier Zaldua will be the six Aizkolaris who will face each other on six Kanaerdikos, in search of the three places at stake for the final on 31 December in Asteasu.
In addition to the aizkolari semifinal, the last two rounds of the harrijasotzailes will also be played. Jokin Eizmendi-Gorka Etxeberria and Aimar Galarraga-Jon Unanue ‘Goenatxo III’ will be measured with the 150-kilo rectangular, the 125-kilogram cup, the 113-kilo cubic and the 100-kilo ball in two and a half minutes.
