Before the Grand Prix of Brazil, there is a qualifying and a sprint race on the program. As a result, we are already seeing some serious action on the track on Friday, as qualifying prior to the sprint race will be held after the first free practice session. The drivers have just one 60-minute practice session to prepare for this important qualifying session.
The qualification will start at 20:00 Dutch time. The Formula 1 drivers have a normal qualifying session with Q1, Q2 and Q3. However, the session will not determine Sunday’s starting grid, but the starting grid for the sprint race. This will be held on Saturday evening at 20:30.
