“What he did is unreal”: the player who stuck AD

In the beautiful victory of the Lakers, Anthony Davis shone in his new role. But not only. Frank Vogel was able to count on the return of a player who made the difference. Even AD was speechless.

After a collective rout against the Wolves, and at home what is more, the Lakers reacted Sunday night with a great victory against the Spurs. It wasn’t all perfect, but Anthony Davis’ job change made the difference. The latter seemed very comfortable, and no doubt that we should find him in the same role in the future. It must be said that Frank Vogel doesn’t really have a choice.

It is a fact, the start of the season of the Angelinos is missed. Russell Westbrook clearly has a hard time acclimating, which means changes have to take place, especially in the absence of LeBron James. Nevertheless, against San Antonio, it is the return of a player who has done a lot of good: Talen Horton-Tucker.

Anthony Davis fan of a teammate

With 17 points in the 5 major, THT did not take long to make a positive impression. He was largely up to par against San Antonio, having missed several weeks of competition. In front of the media after the game, AD was a huge fan of the performance.

For his first game, doing all of that was crazy. He is a young player who loves to learn, he lands and scores, he was important defensively. I was impressed. To see him arrive for his first game and to help us win like that is proof of his work. That’s what he did during his injury, he worked hard to keep his physical shape, all when he was only 20 years old.

In barely one game, THT got everyone to agree at the Lakers, and was quick to make a difference. The sequel looks promising:

Anthony Davis is already won over by Talen Horton-Tucker, who was not there to joke for his first game of the season. His contribution is already being felt, enough to give the fans a smile. We are curious to see the rest now.
