three departmental gold medals for the local club

Saturday, room Marc-Gouthéreaut, 60 young badminton players from the department were able to do battle within the framework of the CDJ 1 (departmental youth circuit). In terms of performance, the occupants at the top of the 8 tables in the general classification have confirmed their positions. The Bourbon-Lancy badminton club, CBBL 71, won three gold medals out of the eight categories involved. They are Clara Gueresse, as a junior, Robin Potonnier as a junior and Gabriel Pessin as a youngest.

The other winners of the day are Yanis Barientos (Chalon) for the juniors, Léna Goujon (Mâcon) for the cadets, Elyot Billard (Épinac) for the youngsters, Lalie Poizat (Botoret) for the youngsters and Léo Petitbon (Mâcon) for the youngsters .

Note the excellent game won by Bourbonnien Jules Dumagny in the junior semifinals, eliminated on the line by the future winner.
