RTVE has reached an agreement with the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) to offer all the matches of the Spanish basketball team, both men and women, until next year 2025.
The big events that can be seen openly on RTVE will be the Women’s World Cup in 2022, the Men’s World Cup in 2023, the Women’s European Championship in 2023, the parties Pre-olympics of the men’s and women’s teams in 2024, and the EEuropean male and female in 2025. In addition, all qualifying matches played during the year can also be enjoyed.
Jesús Cebrián and Diego Martínez will be in charge of the narrations of the meetings. Technical comments will be provided by former player Marta Fernández, former player Berni Rodríguez and basketball specialist Roc Massaguer (@Outconsumer).
First matches on Teledeporte and RTVE Play
This Friday, November 26, the first qualifying match for the 2023 Men’s World Cup will be played. Spain plays in North macedonia and the game can be seen on Teledeporte and RTVE Play.
On Monday, November 29, the Spanish National Team receives in Jaén Georgia, in a match that RTVE will produce and broadcast.
