Francisco Prego was fundamental in the victory of Albatros in his visit to Auriblanco. After the game, he spoke with Básquet Total.
Francisco began by talking about victory: “It was very important to win today’s game. Today we cannot underestimate any rival. Today’s victory is essential to continue with the games to come ”.
In reference to the defensive game his team played, he commented: “In the second half we were able to attack the area that Auriblanco gave us very well, but that started after a good defense from us. In the first half we left them with a very low score, something that was fundamental for us. That gave us confidence to go out and play the second half ”.
On the attack in the third quarter by Auriblanco, he expressed: “It is something that has happened to us in more than one game. At times we pay dearly for our distractions and we let our rival grow. Today luckily we were able to sustain that and take the victory ”.
Finally, he made it clear what the goal is for the end of the season: “The main objective of Albatros is to be among the eight, in the best possible position. After that, go as far as possible ”.
