The Belleville Badminton Club (BBC), created in 2010 brings together around sixty licensees. With the health crisis, last season was difficult, with the club only being able to play for two months. But this new season promises to be good, thanks to the work done by the leaders to motivate the troops.
Team 1 aims for the first places
The adult section operates with four slots offered (Monday and Thursday from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., Friday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.).
The youth school, supervised by four coaches, is fully booked. Some of them are already participating in their first tournaments.
In adults, two teams are currently registered in interclub.
With strong recruitment, team 1 hope to play them well first places in R3. Victorious in the first two meetings, the team led by David Sautreau hopes to confirm Sunday, November 21 at the Belleville complex (first meeting at 10 am opposite Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire and second at 1.30 pm opposite Mainvilliers).
L’team 2 is registered in D2. This season, the captaincy has been entrusted to Stéphane Rigollet. The first meeting takes place this Thursday November 18 at 8 p.m. in Belleville facing Saint-Germain. The training remains nonetheless maintained.
The first tournaments in the region saw the Bellevillois win in certain series and Wednesday, November 10, the Belleville Badminton Club organized its 7th night mixed tournament. With 33 pairs registered, the tournament was sold out.
In terms of results, the Belleville Badminton Club is no exception
In the upper series, a duel between Bellevillois and Tanguy won ahead of David.
In R6 / D7, victory also for the Belleville Badminton Club with Killian Borges, winner of 4 matches in his pool.
In D8 / D9, third place for Arnaud Thépenier / Sophie Breton.
In the P / NC Series, third place also for the pair Gwennaël Rault / Mathilde Semence who only played there their second tournament.
The Belleville Badminton Club was delighted with the course of the evening, both in terms of the quality of the matches and the organization thereof.
