During the month of October, the Manduel arc-club engaged in the first period of the national operation Share your arrows. This operation allowed young graduates to invite a friend or family member, young unlicensed, to discover archery and, thus, form teams made up of a licensed archer and a guest.
With ten teams, the operation was rather positive for the Manduellois club which was lucky to have a luxury sponsor with the presence of Sébastien Flute, Olympic champion in Barcelona in 1992. Converted into the manufacture of equipment, he had come to deliver educational material necessary for the formation of the club. His intervention on his experience and career was enriching and motivating for the young Manduellois.
Even if it is not an official competition, the Manduelloise teams ranked well with, in particular, a first place in the under 12 category.
The second stage of the challenge will take place in March.
