The figures are final. Diversity is perceived by 84% of French people as “a good thing for the world of work”. But it is considered “very present” in companies by only 15% of respondents. This is what reveals a survey disclosed on Monday, during the first Economic Inclusion Summit initiated by Saïd Hammouche and which brings together, at the Ministry of the Economy, 5,000 participants and no less than 70 organizations, including Accenture, Orange , FDJ or Suez.

“We are organizing an improbable meeting between 40 CEOs and 300 young people from diverse backgrounds,” says this 50-year-old entrepreneur, dynamic gestures and always smiling in ambush. We are going to find out what companies are doing in favor of equal opportunities ”.
