Since the takeover of Newcastle by the Saudi Arabia Sovereign Fund, rumors of transfers have multiplied in the English press. Especially since the Magpies intend to move during the next winter transfer window to strengthen a workforce in difficulty and 19th in the Premier League (see yesterday’s brief at 19:55).

The latest targets lead to Manchester United. New coach Eddie Howe, according to the Daily Mirror, is interested in goalkeeper Dean Henderson (24, 1 game in all competitions this season), midfielder Donny Van de Beek (24 years, 5 appearances in all competitions this season) and forward. Jesse Lingard (28 years old, 8 appearances and 2 goals in all competitions this season), all very little used by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on the Old Trafford side. In case of an interesting offer, the Red Devils will not retain these three elements.
