In the challenge between the Curry brothers, Golden State batte Philadelphia al Chase Center and achieves 10th home win of the season in 11 games, and remains firmly in the lead of the Western Conference. Atlanta finds the sixth success in a row, overcoming San Antonio away with a majestic Trae Young (31 points), while Milwaukee imposes itself with authority on Detroit with the muscles of Antetokounmpo (33 points) and Portis (28 points). The Miami Heat fall in Minneapolis under the blows of Anthony Edwards (33 points), while Utah wins only in the final in Oklahoma City thanks to the plays of Donovan Mitchell. Finally, the Alvin Gentry’s first success on the Sacramento Kings bench in the home game against Portland.

Golden State Warriors- Philadelphia 76ers 116-96

Curry vs. Curry, Steph against Seth. The Warriors fell 19 points behind thanks to a sensational 2nd half and beat the Philadelphia 76ers at the Chase Center with a “Warriors” performance. An exceptional ball movement, fast and exciting baskets, incendiary rhythms and an extreme quality in the finishing of each pass. The 2nd dominant time of the Dubs (64 points scored) canceled Philadelphia from the parquet, excellent in the first part with a very inspired Seth Curry (24 points) but unable to stem the firepower of the hosts, driven by competitive fury and by overwhelming confidence.

When the Warriors’ attack rises with blows, the defense flies even higher and there is no chance for the opponent. Right now, Golden State is unbeatable at Chase Center, becoming as much a thing with the team as it was in the glorious days of the Oracle Arena. Steph Curry with 25 points (6 triples) and 10 assists, Jordan Poole with 17 points and a triple from midfield at the 1st half, Draymond Green with 10 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists. But the best of the Dubs was Juan Toscano-Anderson, overflowing from the bench with 13 points, 6 assists, 6 rebounds, 2 blocks and a +21 plus / minus in 25 ‘. Overwhelming Warriors.

Golden State:Steph Curry 25 (9/16, 6/11 of three, 1/2 tl), Wiggins 19, Poole 17. Rebounds: Green 9. Assists: Curry 10.

Philadelphia:Seth Curry 24 (8/16, 0/5 da tre, 8/8 tl), Maxey 19, Green 10. Rimbalzi: Drummond 12. Assist: Maxey 5.

San Antonio Spurs- Atlanta Hawks 106-124

Sixth consecutive victory for the Atlanta Hawks (10-9) of Danilo Gallinari, who in the match against the Spurs (4-13) accelerate in the 3rd quarter and then never look back, even touching +21. The team coached by Nate McMillan played with the right attitude, attack and defense, and never lost their clarity throughout the game, remaining fluid and in rhythm in almost all of their possessions. The percentages from the field do not lie (51.1% overall, 46.2% from three), as well as the performances of the singles, all of a positive sign. Trae Young made a difference with his quality and instinct. San Antonio has never managed to slow him down and he has always responded with a champion’s play, away from forcing and any form of egotism.

Young dominated the game with 31 points, 11 assists (only 2 turnovers), 7 rebounds and 2 steals. Clint Capela’s performances were also important, for him a double double with 11 points and 13 rebounds, as well as 5 steals and 3 blocks, and Bogdan Bogdanovic with 18 points. Good minutes for Gallinari, on the field for 22 ‘enriched by 10 points, 2 rebounds, 3 assists and a precious 8/8 from the line. San Antonio stayed in the game for a while, then found itself exclusively chasing, unsuccessfully, the best (and most effective) basketball of the opponent. For the Spurs, close to the triple double Dejounte Murray (22 points, 11 assists and 8 rebounds), excelled by the bench Bryn Forbes with 23 points in 24 ‘.

San Antonio: Forbes 23 (9/12, 3/5 from three, 2/2 tl), Murray 22, Johnson / Poeltl 15. Rebounds: Poeltl 10. Assist: Murray 11.

Atlanta: Young 31 (14/22, 2/6 of three, 1/2 tl), Bogdanovic 18, Collins 15. Rebounds: Capela 13. Assists: Young 11.

Always ahead, always in control. Milwaukee (11-8) hits its 5th consecutive victory by dominating the Detroit Pistons (4-14) at the Fiserv Forum in a game played with authority and important technical and competitive contents. No chance for Detroit, crushed at every little reaction and annihilated by the physical dominance of the Bucks. Powerful and irrepressible Giannis Antetokounmpo (33 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocks), backed by a Jrue Holiday (22 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists) always balanced. Best of the match for the Bucks, Bobby Portis with 28 points, 10/14 shooting, 6/7 of three, and 10 rebounds in 31 ‘. In the Pistons, 9 points (3/10 shooting), 8 rebounds and 7 assists for Cade Cunningham.

Milwaukee: Antetokounmpo 33 (12/17, 1/4 da tre, 8/10 tl), Portis 28, Holiday 22. Rimbalzi: Portis 10. Assist: Holiday 6.

Detroit: Lyles 19 (7/15, 2/8 from three, 3/3 tl), Bey 13, Grant 13. Rebounds: Cunningham 8. Assist: Cunningham 7.

Minnesota Timberwolves- Miami Heat 113-101

A fantastic performance by Anthony Edwards dragged the Minnesota Timberwolves (9-9) to their 5th consecutive win against the Miami Heat (12-7) far from their best version. Hungrier and more intense, the Wolves had the strength to stretch their hands on the match with personality in the second part of the 4th period (27-19), finding the decisive baskets with D’Angelo Russell (20 points). Minnesota fired 18 triples to the bottom of the retina and mistreated the Heat defense with Anthony Edwards, devastating with 33 points, 14 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 steals, and Malik Beasley, who scored 29 points off the bench. Miami a bit ‘unloaded after the tiring victory in Detroit, in the second race of the back-to-back.

Minnesota:Edwards 33 (13/27, 6/15 da tre, 1/1 tl), Beasley 29, Russell 20. Rimbalzi: Vanderbilt 15. Assist: Edwards 6.

Miami:Adebayo 18 (7/10, 4/11 tl), Robinson 17, Herro/Butler 16. Rimbalzi: Butler 8. Assist: Butler 5.

Sacramento Kings- Portland Trail Blazers 125-121

First victory on the Kings bench (7-12) for coach Alvin Gentry in the match against Portland (10-9). A balanced game, decided in the last 3 ‘thanks to the baskets of Davion Mitchell (16 points) and Damian Jones, author of a crazy dunk on the head of Jusuf Nurkic, and sealed by the triple of the safety of Marvin Bagley and the free throws of the very cold Buddy Hield (22 points). Portland had to surrender despite double doubles from Lillard (32 points and 10 assists) and Nurkic himself (28 points and 17 rebounds). In the Kings, De’Aaron Fox was sent off in the 4th period (21 points) for double technical. The Blazers (1-8 the away record) continue to struggle too much away from the Moda Center.

Sacramento:Hield 22 (6/15, 5/11 da tre, 5/6 tl), Fox 21, Mitchell 16. Rimbalzi: Bagley III 8. Assist: Fox 6.

Portland:Lillard 32 (7/18, 3/12 da tre, 15/16 tl), Nurkic 28, Powell 22. Rimbalzi: Nurkic 17. Assist: Lillard 10.

Oklahoma City Thunder- Utah Jazz 104-110

Six consecutive points by Donovan Mitchell in the last minute of the game give Utah the away victory on the field of the Oklahoma City Thunder (6-12), who confirm themselves as a tough opponent to face, especially in the heat of the Paycom Center. A difficult game for the Jazz (12-6), resolved by the plays of Mitchell (13 points), who up to the final possessions of the match had done quite badly (4/14 shooting), and by the greater solidity of their basketball compared to that, pleasant but a little bit unripe, of the opponents. Jordan Clarkson’s 20 points from the bench are fundamental, flanked by Rudy Gay’s 15 and Rudy Gobert’s double double with 15 points and 17 rebounds, also enriched by 5 blocks. Useless for the Thunder, without Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, the 27 points of Lu Dort and the 19 points, 8 assists and 7 rebounds of the Australian rookie Josh Giddey.

OKC: Dort 27 (8/19, 5/12 da tre, 6/8 tl), Giddey 19, Robinson-Earl 13. Rimbalzi: Robinson-Earl 10. Assist: Giddey 8.

Utah: Clarkson 20 (7/12, 3/7 from three, 3/4 tl), Bogdanovic 19, Conley 18. Rebounds: Gobert 17. Assist: Clarkson 5.
