MLB: Vladimir Guerrero Jr., Marcus Semien and Robbie Ray on the 1st All-Star Team

The Toronto Blue Jays are well represented on Major Baseball’s first all-star team.

The Canadian squad is the only team with three players who were elected to this prestigious team at the end of the last season.

Vladimir Guerrero Jr. (first goal) and Marcus Semien (second goal) were named infield. The recipient of the Cy-Young Trophy in American Robbie Ray is part of the group of pitchers who also receive this recognition.

MVP Shohei Ohtani (as designated hitter) and Bryce Harper are also on this first all-star team, as are Salvador Perez, Fernando Tatis Jr., Austin Riley, Aaron Judge and Juan Soto for position.

In addition to Ray, Walker Buehler, Corbin Burnes, Gerrit Cole, Max Scherzer, Josh Hader and Liam Hendricks are the honored pitchers.

Blue Jays outfielder Teoscar Hernandez was elected to the second all-star team. Ohtani also received this recognition as a pitcher.
