This Friday, November 26, in Zurich (Switzerland), the FIFA will carry out the draw for the playoff to the Qatar 2022 World Cup for four international confederations: Conmebol, Concacaf, AFC (Asia) and OFC (Oceania).

How will the draw for Europe take place?
There are already six defined seeds: Portugal, Scotland, Italy, Russia, Sweden and Wales
In a second pot are Turkey, Poland, North Macedonia, Ukraine, Austria and the Czech Republic.
The idea is that those six heads are local in a first game, then the 6 winners will play three keys and then the qualifiers to Qatar 2022 will be known.
It is worth remembering that by UEFA, Germany, Denmark, Belgium, France, Croatia, Spain, Serbia, England, Switzerland and the Netherlands already have a safe place in the World Cup.
And how is the issue in South America and the other confederations?
For the Concacaf, the fourth classified of the final league will participate in this intercontinental play-off; by Conmebol the fifth; for Asian confederation the winner of the match that will be played by the third classified of each group of the third round; and for the oceanic one, the winner of the qualifying phase.
If today were the crosses, Peru would go for Conmebol, Australia or the United Arab Emirates for Asia, Panama for Concacaf and New Zealand for Oceania. But all those Qualifiers are open. We have to wait.
When will the playoffs be played?
The intercontinental qualifiers, originally scheduled for March 2022, will be played in a single match on June 13 and 14, 2022.
