Savona. The Fijlkam regional committee, Italian Federation of Judo, Fight, Karate and Martial Arts, on the occasion of the National Day Against Violence Against Women, has arranged for tomorrow, Thursday 25 November, from 4 to 6.30 pm, an important event in the Il Gabbiano shopping center in Savona.
Judo, wrestling and karate athletes will alternate on the specially set up tatami from 16 to 17, then, from 17 to 18.30, there will be a demonstration of Women’s Defense by the teacher Stefania Bavoso, National Teacher of MGA, Global Method of Self-Defense, a technique that allows women, but not only, to learn to defend themselves in full safety and legality.
Strong women who identify well with the spirit of tomorrow and who are an example for all. A day, therefore, all female where la Fijlkam, in the person of the regional president Filippo Faranda, once again reaffirms its commitment and closeness to all women.
