With that, the Algerian national judo champion, Fathi Nourine, recently announced his permanent retirement, after being sentenced to a 10-year ban from playing.

Indeed, the athlete declared: “I decided to retire, after the decision to suspend myself for 10 years, and to go to work in the field of coaching”, adding: “I will never stop supporting the Palestinian cause, whatever happens ”.

In addition, it should also be noted that at the time, said judoka had declared that his political support for the Palestinian cause prevented him from competing with Butbul.

Recall that Fethi Nourine and his coach are banned from all IJF events and activities until July 23, 2031, although they can appeal their bans before the Court of Arbitration for Sport, according to the decision of the International Federation. judo.
