James Wiseman’s return is also becoming clearer | NBA

After the Chicago reception tonight at the Chase Center, the Warriors will in turn embark on a four-game “road trip”. As expected, Klay Thompson and James Wiseman will not be on the trip. The sophomore pivot, operated on for a meniscus tear in his right knee, is however approaching the end of his recovery after being able to resume contact training last week.

So far, everything has been fine, so the Pivot could be available for Steve Kerr’s group when they return to Oakland Bay, for Thanksgiving week, between November 22 and November 28.

“It was a gradual approach, so there wasn’t that moment where he just made a significant leap in his rehabilitation. Over the past two months, we have voluntarily increased its workload quite slowly. He moves well and has been involved in a lot of drills in training and 5-on-0 drills. He works a lot and he feels good ”, confirmed Steve Kerr.

While waiting to find the Warriors, James Wiseman could resume with Santa Cruz, in the G-League.
