Hamilton wins, Alonso feels the podium again

Doha

The 2021 Qatar GP Formula 1 has ended with Lewis Hamilton coming out as champion. On the other hand, Fernando Alonso successfully won the podium after waiting seven years.

This race took place at the Losail Circuit, Doha, Sunday (11/21/2021) night WIB, for 57 rounds. Hamilton was comfortable in front from the start of the race until he became the champion.

His closest rival, Max Verstappen, trailed him in second place. The Red Bull driver was 25.743 seconds behind Hamilton.

Fernando Alonso, who is a driver from Alpine, managed to finish in third place and this was his first podium since 2014 at the Chinese GP. Alonso did not look bad because he was able to maintain his position as when he started the race.

Hamilton’s teammate, Valtteri Bottas, had bad luck. An incident on lap 35 made him unable to finish the race.
