When in some years, the sports channels show documentaries detailing the incidents of the 2021 season of the NFL, I am sure that when we reach Week 9, a sound just as hysterical as the one generated by the neighbor’s blender at 6 in the morning, will accompany the images.
When you believe that everything is under control and you have things resolved, fate mocks you by throwing everything and beating it to generate another panorama.
Week 9 will be remembered for the large number of dreams that were not. Pools that fell apart match by match.
Most weeks of the football campaign bring a surprise or two, but on the ninth Sunday of the year he abused.

The Cowboys are looking to resurface after an embarrassing home loss to the Broncos, while the Falcons are already at .500 in winning percentage and fighting to dive into the NFC South contest.
Back at AT&T for the first time in four weeks and with Dak Prescott back at the controls, the Boys couldn’t stop the Broncos who beat them 30-16. Dallas allowed 190 rushing yards, a season-high for the Broncos.
The Cowboys looked like an unstoppable, high-flying offense all season until they ran into the Broncos’ defensive unit. The final score and stats don’t even tell the story of what happened last Sunday in Arlington. Denver had a 30-0 lead before the Cowboys took points in garbage time.
Now they face the Falcons, an organization that has one of the worst defenses. The Cowboys get good news with the return of Michael Gallup, who hasn’t played since Week 1. That puts their three-headed monster back on the field for Dak Prescott.

Last week, Matt Ryan threw for 343 yards and two touchdowns with no interceptions. It’s hard enough to overstate how bad Carolina’s offense has gotten. Since Week 4, Sam Darnold has been the worst quarterback in the league by a very wide margin according to advanced statistics. Nevertheless, Darnold will not play due to a shoulder injury.
Arizona’s defense hasn’t gotten the fanfare from the offense, but it’s been pretty good too.
Arizona has matched the best start in franchise history. The Cards also started 8-1 in 1925, 1948 and 2014.
Running back James Conner has 11 TDs, the most so far.

Week 10 features two of the three most recent primetime MVPs, as Lamar Jackson (2019 MVP) and the Ravens head to Hard Rock Stadium on Thursday to face the Dolphins.
On Sunday Night Patrick Mahomes (2018 MVP) and the Chiefs visit the Raiders.
That is the game that interests us in this line.
Chiefs (-2.5) en Raiders:
Mahomes is fourth in passing yards (2,534) and tied for third in touchdown passes (20) this season. Since the start of his 2018 MVP campaign, he leads the NFL in passing yards (16,402) and touchdown passes (134). In 18 career primetime starts, Mahomes has 5,226 passing yards (290.3 per game) and 46 total touchdowns (43 passes, three on the ground).. He has at least two touchdown passes in seven of nine career starts Sunday night and has thrown at least 300 yards in three of his last four Sunday Night games.
Las Vegas comes from losing to the New York Giants in a rivalry where they were favorites. They took a week off, but it wasn’t an unusual bye week. First-round wide receiver Henry Ruggs III crashed his car, killing 23-year-old Tina Tintor. Ruggs was driving 156 miles per hour and over the legal limit for alcohol consumption. Off-court problems aside, the Raiders have the talent to outmaneuver Chiefs who remain very weak on defense. Chiefs 21-28 Raiders.

Ravens (-7) en Dolphins:
It took Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens an overtime field goal from Justin Tucker to beat the Minnesota Vikings last week, 34-31. They added 500 yards to the attack, almost half per run.

Browns en Patriots (-1.5):
After a dramatic week off the field for the Cleveland Browns that included losing their unhappy number one receiver Odell Beckham Jr., the Browns defeated the favorite Bengals. While they like the role of underdog, the Browns will not be able to with the experience of Bill Belichick who already smelled that it is possible to capture the east of the AFC. Belichick faces his first team. Expect several quarterback sacks, two of the leaders will be at Gillette Stadium. Browns 17-21Patriots
Jaguars en Colts (-10.5):
The Colts have had several extra days off after their win over the Jets last Thursday. The Jaguars played the flute of luck by beating the Bills. Colts have Jonthan Taylor and that’s enough for Sunday. Jaguars 20-23 Colts
Bills (-13) in Jets:
It was a horrible week for the Bills who were beaten by one of the weaker teams. They added countless punishments, now they face another team far below the rest. Bills 35-21 Jets
Lions and Steelers (-9):
A team that goes 0-8, the only hope they have is that week after week their hopes of achieving a victory increase due to mere chances, but it will not be this time. Lions 20-23 Steelers
Buccaneers (-9.5) and WFT:
Both teams are coming off a bye week, albeit different scenarios. The Bucs remain at the top of the NFC South, WFT at the bottom. In 21 games after a bye week, Tom Brady is 16-5. Bucs 38-17 WFT
Vikings en Chargers (-2.5):
The Vikings (7), Chargers (6), and Falcons (6) lead the NFL in games decided by eight points or less. Many points, solid game on offense, only one winner: Vikings 30-36 Chargers.
Eagles en Broncos (-3):
Credit Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts, his legs put the Chargers in a tight spot in Week 9. The Broncos played an excellent level of defense against Dallas. What will happen? I go with the saying that honors: offenses sell tickets, defenses win games. Eagles 17- 24 Broncos
Seahawks en Packers (-3.5):
Since the 2003 season, the Packers rank first in the conference with 184 wins while the Seahawks are second with 175. The standards are high for these two organizations. This season Green Bay seeks to stay among the best and Seattle returns to the conversation. Seattle is 3-3 with Russell Wilson at quarterback and 1-1 in the Playoffs. Without Aaron Rodgers, the Packers lose a lot but not that much to fall this week. Seahawks 17-24 Packers

Nobody knows what happened to the Rams in Week 9, but they lost to the Titans 16-28 and Mattew Stafford, but everyone knows one thing, that won’t happen again. Rams 30-20 49ers.
