Like Carmelo Anthony before him, DeMarcus Cousins was able to convince a team to trust him again. Boogie therefore signs his comeback in the NBA… and not just anywhere.
He is back. Without deductible for many months, DeMarcus Cousins never complained, didn’t make waves, stayed fit… and it pays! At 31, the former Kings will have the opportunity to prove his worth, revenge as we imagine. Already passed by the Warriors and the Lakers, Boogie joins another big caliber on the side of Milwaukee.

DeMarcus Cousins returns and signs in Milwaukee!
Free agent DeMarcus Cousins will sign a one-year contract with the Milwaukee Bucks, sources tell ESPN.
A news that pleases the main interested, even if it necessarily worries about Brook Lopez, in the grip of serious injury glitches.

Note that the Cousins deal is a minimum contract of one year, not guaranteed. In other words, it can be cut at any time without financial compensation, and will therefore have the pressure to contribute upfront alongside Giannis Antetokounmpo and others. Obviously, his role should be rather limited when leaving the bench, but we will have to wait a little longer to know Mike Budenholzer’s plans for him.
Patiently, DeMarcus Cousins is finally entitled to the opportunity he so hoped for. Hopefully for him it will be conclusive, and Boogie will relaunch his career as it should.
