Cienfuegos athletes sign book of dignity (Video)

Athletes from the national badminton and rowing teams that will participate in the first Junior Pan American Games signed the Book of Dignity.

Added to the joy of the reunion was the signing of the Book of Dignity by the badminton players of the national team and the Antillean rowers, as well as an artistic swimming referee, who will represent Cuba in the first Junior Pan American Games, to be held on the 25th. from November to December 5 next in Colombia.

The book of dignity with the athletes’ signature, which symbolizes their commitment to the Homeland, was delivered by the captains of the badminton and rowing teams, Roberto Carlos Herrera and Carlos Andrés Ajete, respectively.

Meanwhile Roberto Carlos Herrera, captain of the badminton team states that he feels proud and committed for his participation in the first Pan American games where he will give himself to the maximum so that badminton continues to reap successes in the area

Under the motto Surrender and Enjoy. A shared dream Young Cuban athletes will attend the first Junior Pan American Games with the aspiration of obtaining satisfactory results in these conflicts.

The Cali Valle 2021 Junior Pan American Games will be a multisport event for young athletes to be held in the city of Cali and Valle del Cauca, Colombia

The Jorge Agostini Villasana High Performance School in Cienfuegos has an approximate enrollment of more than 840 students, representing 31 sports disciplines. The number of coaches on the campus rises to 154, including 21 in service provision.
