Moina is Polynesian, she plays basketball and has just joined the French women’s team in the military. When she is not on the playing field, she trains with her colleagues on courses in particular known as “daring”: a military exercise which makes it possible to manage stress, overcome her fears and manage a real collective.
“Once they get there, they want to go back because they think they’ve managed to do something. They are proud and that too we use in mental and sporting terms.“, explains Chief Erick, physical trainer for the French military basketball team.
