ATP> Federer: “There is no good time to retire”

In his interview given to The Geneva Tribune, Roger Federer further clarified the reasons for his intervention and inevitably mentioned the dreaded occupational retirement.

“I’m fighting for it and I’m very motivated. I feel the support of my team and my family. We all wish I could say goodbye on my own terms and on some land. I think every athlete should decide for themselves. There is no right time to retire. There is only the right time for each athlete. It’s a very personal decision. “
