Friday November 12 and Saturday November 13 will be held the championships of France 1st division in Perpignan. During these two days, 8 judokas from Sucy Judo will try to win the title of champion of France. They will be coached by Anthony Fritsch and Franck Party.
Will fight on Friday:
- 2 representatives in -66 kg:
- William Cysique, vice-champion of France juniors in 2020 and 5th at the French 1st division championships in 2019, is making his long-awaited return to this level of competition. He is committed to doing things right, so let’s put on a show!
- Hugo Fonghetti (2nd in 2019, 3rd in 2014) is a regular in this championship and will count on his experience,
- 3 representatives in -73 kg:
- Mickaël Dubois, who, after a change of course last year and a return to Brittany to start a new professional life, is all set, without pressure, to go and win his 1st national medal,
- Yolan Tarade, who, after a somewhat hectic start to the season with injuries, is ready for this championship after a 7th place in 2019,
- Charly Wable for which it is the first championship in this new category. A competition expected for many months.
Will fight on Saturday:
- 2 representatives in -90 kg:
- Alexis Mathieu, a great technician, will be keen to confirm after his 2nd and 3rd places in the last 2 championships. The appointment is made for Saturday!
- Mehdi Tobrouki has all the ingredients to get there after his victory in the semi-final. He prepares us a beautiful gourmet day.
- 1 representative in +100 kg: Tieman Diaby, out of juniors, is hungry for medals in the big leagues!
Hadrien Livolsi, qualified but injured recently, will not be able to participate. Luka and Axel, our two Olympic medalists, will not fight either. They will however be present to encourage our fighters. We are also counting on you to do the same!
