This Wednesday evening, the event in the world of sport was held at the Stade Vélodrome, where the Heroes’ Match took place for the benefit of the Didier Drogba foundation. The opportunity for Tony Parker to get noticed … and for Jul to pay dirtily a former player of the France team.
In the pipes for several weeks, the Heroes’ Match was finally held this Wednesday evening in Marseille at the Stade Vélodrome. The concept ? An Olympique de Marseille affiliated team facing a UNICEF team, sports and showbiz stars in shambles on the lawn (Pierre Gasly, Teddy Riner, Benoit Paire, Van Buyten …), and funds donated in full to the Didier Drogba foundation in favor of education.
If the level was not always incredible, it was indeed the Marseillais who won by the score of 7 goals to 4, after a much more unbridled second act, with fatigue helping. For his big comeback with the Phocéens, Didier Drogba responded by scoring a hat-trick. But the former Chelsea striker is not the only one to have caught the eye of many viewers!
