The Prosecutor’s Office asks for ten months in jail with suspension of sentence for Benzema

The French Real Madrid footballer will not go to prison for the blackmail case with a sex video of his former teammate Valbuena

The French prosecution requested this Thursday ten months in prison with suspension of sentence and a 75,000 euro fine against Real Madrid star Karim Benzema, for complicity in an attempt to blackmail former international Mathieu Valbuena.

Against the other four defendants, prosecuted in this case for attempted blackmail with an intimate video of a sexual nature, the public prosecutor requested penalties ranging from 18 months in prison with suspended sentences up to four years in prison.
