WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

CARGO INFORMATION
1) Shipping to all over Turkey.
2) The day you place the order, the product is delivered to the cargo company on the same day. Orders placed after 4 pm will be shipped the next day.
3) The products are delivered to the cargo as protected. If the product is deformed or faulty, you can return the product free of charge. (Of course, we are assertive that the product does not come out wrong.! )
RETURN AND EXCHANGE INFORMATION
1) You can return the product within 15 working days after placing the order, provided that it is not used or damaged.
2) You must send the cargo back in the same box as it was sent to you, with the packaging intact.
3) You must open a return request with the product invoice. In order to return the product, you must send back the invoice sent with the product. Invoices that are not sent with the product will not be returned and the cargo will not be received.
4) For product exchange, deliver the product to the cargo after contacting our company.
5) Please contact our company for product return or exchange. If you do not contact, you may be charged a shipping fee.
