Sports | Alpes-de-Haute-Provence: the Regain de Sainte-Tulle complex will be the preparation center for the 2024 Olympic Games in France

The 2024 Olympic Games will take place in France. Thanks to a joint action between the mayor of Sainte-Tulle, the president of DLVAgglo and the deputy Christophe Castaner, the Regain complex has been designated “Games preparation center” for judo and weightlifting. Today, the Organizing Committee for the 2024 Olympic Games (OCOG) in France announced a second wave of sites designated as the “Games Preparation Center” (CPJ). These sports facilities are intended to accommodate delegations of athletes from all over the world, for preparation courses before the 2024 Olympics or as a rear base during the competition.

With its sports and hotel facilities, the Regain complex was chosen as a preparation center for two disciplines: weightlifting and judo. This designation follows a joint action, with the Ministry of Sports and the OCOG, of Jean-Christophe Petrigny, president of DLVAgglo of Jean-Luc Queiras, mayor of Sainte-Tulle and of Christophe Castaner, deputy of Alpes-de-Haute -Provence.
