The Massi-Tactic UCI Women’s Team is starting to put a thread on the needle thinking about the upcoming season, which will kick off in January 2022. The team has closed the renewal of half of its staff and six of the twelve cyclists who have competed this year have renewed their ties. It is about Mireia Benito, Mireia Trias, Martina Moreno, Belén López, Spela Kern and Maaike Coljé.
“We have renewed the main block, among which three are Catalan cyclists. We are very happy because we have been able to keep almost all the runners who have given us very good results this season. “ explained the president of the CC Baix Ter, Sergi Güell, adding that “we are just outlining the template.” It is expected to close “between five and seven signings” because some runners will leave the Massi-Tactic. They are Vita Heine, Emma Grant, Olivia Baril, Agua Marina Espinola, Marta Sánchez and Patri Ortega.
This 2022 will be the fourth year that the Torroella de Montgrí team will live in the highest category of road cycling worldwide organized by the International Cycling Union (UCI).
