An original badminton anime Ryman’s Club has been announced, and will be released next season in January 2022. Studio LIDEN FILMS (Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches, Tokyo Avengers) will handle the animation production. They have released 2 images, one showing the salaried men in their suits and the other showing them in their badminton clothes:
The anime also received a trailer, featuring the cast members and showing the main character as he joins their company and starts playing badminton again:
The anime follows Mikoto Shiratori, a prodigy badminton player who suffered a great loss in high school and has not recovered. You become a salaryman and join your corporate team. The cast includes:
