Roger Federerdisappeared this past Monday from the top ten positions in the ranking for the first time in 1,736 days.

To find the last time I had been out of the ‘top10’ had to go back to January 16, 2017 when it was in position 17.

The 40-year-old 20-grand champion was spotted this week attending a wedding in Italy. However, unlike Rafael Nadal, He still does not train on the track so it is assumed that he will be out in the first part of the next season. Roger is still convalescing from a third arthroscopy in his right knee.

Federer has dropped to 15th this week and sees his top 20 status threatened by rivals immediately behind him like Diego Schwartzman, Cristian Garn, Pablo Carreo, Roberto Bautista and Gael Monfils.
