In NBA 2K22, you have the option to use an NBA team logo for your team in My Team or a completely different logo. MyTeam players have the ability to create their own team jerseys, arenas and team logos, but to do so you need to get some cards. Why? We will explain it.
To create a custom logo, you will first need to acquire the cards. Why? To get the items needed to create custom logos, you’ll need to complete a Lifetime Agenda goal. 75 MyTeam cards must be obtained in order to obtain the NBA 2K22 Team Creation pack. Once you have this package and open, you will then be able to begin the process of creating a MyTeam logo.
Now to get started, go to the My Team section of the My Team menu using RB / R1, then select Manage Formations. From here, select a training and then go to the Franchise section. Scroll down until you see the Logo Design tab and click.
From here, you can select from various preset or customizable logos, choose a current or historical NBA logo, or upload one. To upload, you will need to go up this link on the NBA 2K website. You may need to sign in with your PSN ID or Xbox Gamertag to access this site, depending on the platform you play NBA 2K22 on. Then, upload an image and make sure it meets the necessary size requirements.
It may take some time for these logos to enter the 2K system. To check, go to My Pictures to see if your photo has been added to the database.
