Judo is a modern Olympic martial art that was developed from traditional Japanese martial arts. Judo is suitable for everyone: whether girls or boys, big or small, fat or thin.
In addition to official belt tests, the judo department of the MSV Hamburg also takes part in tournaments and championships.
We look forward to new members. Girls and boys from the age of 5 are welcome to our judo training in Mümmelmannsberg!
Anyone who would like to get to know Judo is invited to trial training. All you need to do is bring normal sportswear and flip-flops (for the way to the judo mat) – in judo you train barefoot.
You only need a judo suit if you decide to continue participating. Of course we would be very happy about it!
