Josh Allen after victory against the Kansas City Chiefs
Josh Allen is proving his latest naysayers wrong about him, and he’s letting them know.
The quarterback of the Buffalo Bills he’s left a bad start to the season behind him and on Sunday night he helped the Bills defeat the tough Kansas City Chiefs team. The Bills won 38-20 and pulled their thorn out after two tough losses to them last season. After the great victory, Allen criticized one of his biggest detractors on social networks.
Allen responds after great game
The Bills played one of their biggest regular-season games in recent years in Kansas City, in an AFC final rematch with the Chiefs. After Kansas City crushed Buffalo in two games last season, having neutralized its potent offense, it was the Bills who dominated Sunday’s game – with Allen leading the way.
Allen punished the Chiefs secondary by completing 15 of 26 passes for 315 yards and three touchdown passes. Allen also beat the Chiefs on the ground, with 11 carries for 59 yards, leading the team, and a touchdown.
After the game, Allen posted a video of his best plays on Instagram that included some criticism from Fox Sports commentator Nick Wright.
Wright has been one of Allen’s fiercest critics, predicting before the game that the Chiefs were going to beat the Bills again. Allen wasn’t the only one to make Wright eat his words, the Bills also posted some of the criticisms of Allen on Twitter that were edited with some criticism from the team. Allen had received some criticism for his poor performance earlier in the season, but ended up convincing most of his critics after a series of landslide victories, including four wins in a row by at least three possessions apart or more.
